2025-2026 Employer Partnership Program

UNH Employer Partnership Program (EPP) is designed to provide employers with sustained, year-round engagement and brand-building opportunities across UNH’s six colleges. Building on our previous career fair sponsorship and on-campus recruitment models, this EPP outlines a two-tiered structure: Wildcat Champion and Granite Advantage, with additional micro-sponsorship opportunities also available. This model strengthens relationships with employers and increases their visibility and impact across campus through strategic planning and front-loaded scheduling.
Employer sponsorship funds support Career and Professional Success initiatives, and we look forward to building a stronger program with your support.

Strategic Support
Wildcat Champion and Granite Advantage partners both benefit from our specialized recruitment strategy meetings. These provide director-level support to plan year-long engagement and recruitment timeline across the university. Take advantage of all we have to offer!

On-Campus Recruitment Events
· 2 Full-priced Career Fair registrations with priority location
· 1 Registration for choice of medium-sized event or OCR visit
Branding & Visibility On-Campus
· Priority placement of logo on CaPS website
· Regularly featured employer in CaPS college student outreach
· Social media spotlights three-times a semester
· Signage in campus career centers in select colleges
Student Engagement
· Employer in residence & guest advisor days for one to three colleges
· Access to resume books of five to ten programs or majors
· Preferred access to student organization events*
· Special academic engagements in select colleges
$10,000 commitment for the full academic year**

*Access to student organizations and academic events and engagements is prioritized but not guaranteed
**Partnership costs may be adjusted based on engagement preferences. Organizational financial hardships may be considered.
Blue Access
Our blue access tier is the introductory tier available to all employers. Blue Access recruiting includes public registration to most career events, on-campus tabling, free on-campus interviews, and entry-level support for recruiting strategy at UNH. Micro-sponsorships listed below are available to all-employers.
Looking to sponsor the career fair?
The benefits from our previous career fair sponsorship have been rolled into our Employer Partnership Program. For our employers looking for an extra boost at the career fair with additional visibility and outreach at our largest on-campus event, enhanced marketing packages for the Career and Internship Fairs are available as add-ons in the Handshake registration page.
EPP partners received free registration to our Career and Internship Fairs. The Enhanced Marketing package is in addition to the registration cost for each fair.

Micro-Sponsorships
Micro-sponsorships are unique opportunities to build your brand on campus by partnering with CaPS on events, giveaways, and office resources.

Semester-long support of photobooth resource for students in Hood House and at select events.
Visibility Semester-long marketing in and outside of central career center. Social media shoutouts. Additional marketing at U-Wide Career Fair.

Campus-wide sponsorship of crowd-favorite career prep lifesavers mints in college spaces and events
Visibility Branding at all college career centers and events in student prep resource space with regular social media shoutouts.

Underwriting CaPS interview rooms available to all students in Hood House & Kingsbury

Co-Branded Tabling
Co-branding opportunities are ways to build your brand on-campus through giveaways and co-hosted tables at highly trafficked UNH events

Co-host of cap and gown pick up event with CaPS at UNH Bookstore
Visibility End of year tabling with co-branded item giveaways to seniors during First Destination Survey collection.

Co-host of CaPS U-Day Table at the most attended event on-campus
